BY ORDERING FROM "THE CALISE COLLECTION" YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from The Calise Collection.
RETURNS
You may return new, unworn items or faulty products within 30 days from the day you made an order for a store credit. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. To be eligible for a return, returns must be received in ORIGINAL, UNUSED , UNWORN condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are NOT returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return. We do not refund shipping charges. Unfortunately, AFTERPAY or SEZZLE services do not offer money back.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURNS
To complete your return, please contact us via 'Contact Us' page and our returns team will fulfil your request. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued to you via Email. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

Free gifts or promotional/discounted items.
An uncontrolled delay in shipping.

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email inbox and junk mail. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via 'Contact Us' page or info@calisecollection.com
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately THE CALISE COLLECTION as of now do not do exchanges, if you have any other further enquires we will be honoured to help you, send us an email at info@calisecollection.com
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as the item may get lost. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
