Whilst we work hard to get your orders out within our time-frames, some experiences you may encounter are completely out of our control and are due to new policies being implemented for domestic and international couriers.

Free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and shipped out within 72 hours of purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the location of the buyer. This usually takes 10-16 business days worldwide, Express Shipping 8-12 days (Australia Only). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed. Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your postal address & size purchased is correct, in an instance when you have made a mistake - please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
Due to our fast growing business, occasionally delays occur from our supplier, we will try to keep buyers updated as much as possible during this process. During festive seasons or busy period, there may be further delays.
In the unfortunate circumstance you have not received your item within the time frame listed above, please contact us with the contact form attached and we will accommodate to your delivery immediately. Unfortunate events rarely occur, however when they do in most cases it is due to an attempted delivery has occurred however unsuccessful therefore the parcel is waiting at the nearest post office or there has a delay with our supplier.
The Calise Collection is not responsible for packages that have a delayed delivery after lodgement with Australia Post.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once orders have been processed, packed and dispatched, buyers will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use here to track your order. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order. Tracking should update within 1-2 business days after shipment.
If the buyer is not home upon delivery, for the buyer’s convenience, packages will automatically be left in a secure place if the delivery driver deems it safe. If decided it is unsafe to leave, or the parcel is too big, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local post office to be picked up from the buyer.
WHAT ARE CUSTOM CHARGES AND DUTIES?
For international buyers, customs, taxes and duties is not in our control and will be the buyer’s responsibility and will be liable for these charges if they are required. These charges differ for every country and are non-conflicting with us, buyers will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
